Dr. Sidhom is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pain Medicine, Board Certified in Pain Management, and Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology with the Added Qualification by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

He did his fellowship training in Chronic Pain Management, Cardio-Thoracic Anesthesia at Cleveland Clinic. He has been in practice for over 25 years-

The goals of interventional pain management are to relieve, reduce, or manage pain and improve a patient’s overall quality of life through minimally invasive procedures and techniques specifically designed to diagnose and treat painful conditions. Our goal is to further improve the quality of life by minimizing the need for narcotics.

Talk to Your Surgeon

Please notify your surgeon if there is a change in your physical condition such as cold, fever or respiratory problems.

No Food or Drink

Do not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before your operation, including no hard candy or cigarettes. If your child is the patient, please be careful to monitor this.

Special Instructions

Follow any other special instructions your surgeon may have given you. Failure to follow these instructions may result in cancellation of your surgery.

Your Medications

Please be sure to tell your surgeon if you are on any type of blood thinners or aspirin. Do not take any medications after midnight unless instructed by your surgeon or the nurse at our center.

What to Wear

Wear loose, comfortable clothing.  Please shower the day of the procedure being that you will not be able to after the procedure- Wear comfortable shoes such as slip-ons.

Bring a Friend

It is extremely important to arrange for a responsible adult to accompany you the Center and remain with you the first 24 hours after surgery.

Mariner Surgery Center was founded in Hernando County in 2002 and has been treating patients ever since-We offer sane day surgical procedures to patients 18 years or older.
The Center is a licensed Ambulatory Surgery Center by the State of Florida.
We are a Medicare participating facility and in-network for most insurance such as Humana, Aenta, United Healthcare, Tricare, and Wellcare.
